At Impulizo S.R.L., we are committed to protecting the privacy of users who access our website impulizo.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information, in compliance with Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection of the Argentine Republic and its regulatory provisions.

We collect the following types of information: voluntarily provided data (name, email address and message content) when you complete our contact form; browsing data (IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent); and cookies and similar technologies as detailed in our Cookie Policy.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your personal data to respond to inquiries made through our contact form, improve the browsing experience and website functionality, compile anonymous usage statistics, comply with legal obligations and requirements of competent authorities, and send informational communications about financial education only if you have given your express consent.

4. Legal basis for processing

The processing of your personal data is based on your free, express and informed consent (art. 5, Law 25,326) when completing our forms or accepting cookies, our legitimate interest in improving our educational services, and compliance with applicable legal obligations in the Argentine Republic.

5. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and in any case, for the legal periods established by current Argentine regulations. Browsing data is retained in anonymized form for a maximum period of 24 months.

6. Recipients and transfers

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information with technology service providers who assist us in operating the site (hosting, analytics), subject to confidentiality agreements, and with judicial or administrative authorities when required by law. We do not make international data transfers except to countries that have an adequate level of protection pursuant to AAIP Disposition 60-E/2016.

In accordance with Law 25,326, you have the right to access your personal data free of charge (art. 14), request rectification, updating or deletion of inaccurate or incomplete data (art. 16), object to the processing of your data at any time, and revoke consent. To exercise these rights, send an email to contacto@impulizo.com indicating your full name and the requested action. We will respond within the 10 business days established by law. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) has the authority to handle complaints and claims (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip).

8. Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, in accordance with industry best practices and current regulations.

9. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this same page with the date of the last update.

10. Applicable law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of this policy, the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires shall have jurisdiction.
